The short version. Bilivin Education is an independent admission counselling service. We are not a university and we are not owned by, part of, or endorsed by any university shown on this website. University logos identify the programs we assist with — nothing more. All fees, accreditations and program details on this website are indicative and must be verified with the university before you commit money.
1. Independent status — no affiliation implied
Bilivin Education is an independent education counselling and admission assistance business. We are not a university, college, deemed university, autonomous institution, examination body, accrediting authority or government agency. We do not award, confer or issue degrees, diplomas, certificates or transcripts of any kind.
Our relationship with the universities named on this website is a referral and admission-assistance arrangement only. Where we describe ourselves as an admission partner, that means we are authorised to refer applicants and assist with applications. It does not mean:
- That we are owned by, employed by, or a branch, campus, centre or division of any university
- That any university has reviewed, approved or endorsed this website or anything written on it
- That any university is responsible for our statements, advice or conduct
- That we can influence, expedite or guarantee any admission decision
2. University names, logos and trademarks
All university names, logos, marks and brand elements shown on this website are the property of their respective owners. They appear here for one purpose only: to identify which institutions' programs we provide admission assistance for, so you know what we can help with.
Their appearance does not indicate sponsorship, endorsement, approval or review of this website by those institutions. Any implication of a closer relationship than the referral arrangement described above is unintended, and we will correct it promptly if you point it out.
3. Accreditation and recognition claims
Where this website shows accreditation or recognition indicators — UGC, UGC-DEB, NAAC grades, AICTE approvals, AIU membership or similar — these refer to the status of the university as published by the relevant body at the time we compiled the page. They are reproduced in good faith from those sources.
Three cautions:
- These change. Accreditation grades are reassessed, approvals lapse and are renewed, and programs are added to or removed from approved lists.
- A grade applies to the institution, not necessarily to every program. A university's NAAC grade does not automatically mean a specific online program carries UGC-DEB approval for the current academic year.
- Verify independently. Check the university's official website and the relevant regulator's own website — UGC at ugc.gov.in, UGC-DEB's approved-programs list, NAAC at naac.gov.in — before enrolling. Do not rely solely on what is written here.
4. Fees and program details are indicative
Fee amounts, per-semester figures, EMI amounts, program durations, specialisation lists and feature descriptions on this website are indicative and subject to change without notice. They were gathered from university sources on the date shown at the top of this page.
They may be outdated. They may exclude examination fees, registration charges, convocation fees, re-attempt fees or taxes. They may vary by intake, specialisation, campus or your own eligibility. Only the university's current official fee schedule is authoritative. Obtain the full, all-inclusive cost in writing from the university before making any payment or signing any financing agreement.
5. No guarantee of outcomes
Nothing on this website is a guarantee or promise of:
- Admission to any university or program
- A scholarship, discount or fee concession
- Employment, placement, an interview, a promotion, a salary increase, or any career advancement
- Acceptance or recognition of a degree by any particular employer, university, professional body, licensing authority or foreign government
- Any academic result
Where this website mentions career support, placement assistance, resume help or interview preparation, those describe services made available by universities or by us. They describe what is offered, not what you will achieve. Career outcomes depend on your own effort, your prior experience, market conditions and factors outside anyone's control.
If you are enrolling specifically to satisfy an employer requirement, a promotion criterion, a professional body's rules, or an immigration or foreign-credential requirement, confirm acceptance with that organisation in writing before you enrol. Requirements vary and we cannot verify them for you.

Testimonials on this website reflect the individual experiences of specific students and are published with their permission. Some names are shortened at the student's request to protect their privacy.
They are not representative of every student's experience and are not a prediction or indication of the result you should expect. Individual results vary. We do not pay for testimonials or offer any inducement in exchange for them.
7. Statistics quoted on this website
Figures such as the number of students counselled, universities we work with, programs available, alumni, and years of experience are drawn from our own internal records and are rounded for readability. They are cumulative totals across our operating history, not annual figures, and they are not independently audited. We are happy to explain how any figure is arrived at — just ask.
Response-time statements such as a call within 15 minutes describe our target during our stated business hours of Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST. Enquiries received outside those hours are handled on the next working day. We aim to meet the target consistently, but we do not guarantee it in every case.
8. Not professional advice
Content on this website is general information about education options. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, immigration or career advice, and it does not take account of your personal circumstances.
An online degree is a significant financial commitment, often financed over several years. Consider your own situation carefully and, where appropriate, consult a qualified independent professional before taking on an education loan or EMI obligation.
Fraud warning. We will never ask you to transfer tuition fees to a personal bank account or personal UPI ID, and never to any account not clearly in the university's name. We will never demand payment to guarantee or reserve an admission, and we will never ask for your passwords, card CVV or OTP. If anyone claiming to represent Bilivin Education asks for any of these things, stop and call us on that number to verify.

We compile this website carefully and update it periodically, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete, current or free of error at all times. We would genuinely rather be told.
