Who we are

1. Acceptance of these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and any counselling or admission assistance we provide. By using this website or submitting an enquiry, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use this website or submit an enquiry.

2. What our service is

Bilivin Education provides free counselling and admission assistance to prospective students. Specifically, we:

• Explain and compare online and distance degree programs offered by universities we work with
• Assess, on a preliminary basis, which programs you appear eligible for
• Explain fee structures, EMI options and admission timelines as published by those universities
• Help you assemble and submit an application to the university you choose
• Follow up with the university on your application status and relay what they tell us

3. What our service is not

This section is important. Please read all of it.

• We are not a university, college, deemed university or examination body. We do not award, confer or issue any degree, diploma, certificate or transcript.
• We are not affiliated with, owned by, or a division of any university whose program we describe. Where we describe ourselves as an admission partner of a university, that describes a referral arrangement for admissions only. It does not mean the university endorses this website, has approved its contents, or has any responsibility for it.
• We do not decide admissions. Every admission decision rests solely and entirely with the university you apply to. We cannot influence, expedite or reverse that decision.
• We do not set tuition fees, EMI terms, scholarships or discounts. Universities set these and change them without notice to us.
• We do not guarantee any outcome — see section 9.
• We are not a placement agency or recruitment consultancy. Where a program includes placement assistance, that service is provided by the university under its own terms, and we make no promise about its results.
• We do not provide education loans. Where we mention EMI or financing, those arrangements are between you and the university or its financing partner.

4. Eligibility to use our service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Most online MBA and postgraduate programs require a completed bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Some require minimum marks or work experience.
• Eligibility is determined by the university, not by us. Any indication we give you that you appear eligible is preliminary and is not a commitment by the university.
• If a university finds you ineligible, we will tell you and, where we can, suggest alternatives. We are not liable for a rejection on eligibility grounds.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate, current and complete information in the enquiry form and throughout the application process.
• Provide genuine, unaltered documents — mark sheets, degree certificates, identity proof.
• Tell us promptly if your details change.
• Read anything a university sends you directly, and raise questions with us or with them.

Universities may cancel an application, or revoke an admission already granted, where information or documents turn out to be false or forged. If that happens we cannot be held responsible, and we may stop assisting you.

6. Fees, payments and how money flows

6.1 Our service is free to you

We do not charge students for counselling or admission assistance. We are paid a referral or counselling fee by the university when a student we refer enrols. We disclose this so you understand our commercial interest: we earn only if you enrol somewhere. You should weigh our advice with that in mind, and you should always verify program details independently with the university.

6.2 Tuition is payable to the university

Tuition, examination and other academic fees are payable to the university, not to us. We recommend paying the university directly through its official website or official payment channels. Where we assist you with a payment, you will receive documentation identifying the university as the recipient.

6.3 Fee figures shown on this website

Fee amounts, per-semester figures and EMI amounts shown on this website are indicative. They were compiled from university sources on the date this page was last updated. They may have changed, may exclude examination or registration charges, and may vary by intake, specialisation, or your own eligibility for a concession. Only the university's current official fee schedule is authoritative. Confirm the full cost with the university in writing before making any payment or financial commitment.

6.4 Refunds

Refund and cancellation terms for tuition are set by the university and governed by its policies, not ours. We will tell you what we understand those policies to be and help you raise a request, but we cannot authorise, approve or pay a refund of tuition.

7. University information on this website

Program details, accreditation indicators, specialisations, durations and features shown here were compiled from information published by the universities concerned and were believed accurate when this page was last updated. Universities revise these regularly and without notifying us.

Always confirm current details directly with the university before you commit. Where information on this website differs from the university's own official communication, the university's version applies and prevails.

8. Intellectual property

The design, layout, text and arrangement of this website belong to Bilivin Education. University names, logos and trademarks belong to those institutions; they appear here solely to identify programs for which we provide admission assistance, and their appearance does not imply endorsement of this website by those institutions. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee, promise or warrant:

• Admission to any university or program
• Availability of a particular specialisation, batch or intake
• Any scholarship, fee concession or discount
• Employment, placement, an interview, a promotion, a salary increase, or any career outcome
• Recognition or acceptance of a degree by any specific employer, university, professional body or foreign authority
• Any particular academic result

Statements on this website about career support, placement assistance or curriculum describe services offered by universities or by us. They describe what is provided, not what you will achieve. Your outcome depends on your own effort, your background, and factors outside anyone's control. Student testimonials on this website describe individual experiences and are not a prediction of your result.

10. Communications

By submitting the enquiry form you agree that we may contact you by phone, SMS, email and WhatsApp about your enquiry, and you confirm that the phone number you provide is yours or that you are authorised to give it. You can withdraw this at any time — see the Privacy Policy, section 5.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our services, including loss of earnings, loss of opportunity or loss of an academic year.
• We are not liable for acts, omissions, decisions, fee changes, delays, program discontinuation or service quality of any university.
• Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount of any fee you paid us — which, as our service is free to students, will normally be nil.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects the statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law.

12. Third-party links

This website may link to university websites and other third-party pages. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own discretion.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone who provides false information, submits forged documents, behaves abusively toward our staff, or misuses this website.

14. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email info@bilivineducation.com with "Complaint" in the subject line, or call +91 93269 94462. We will acknowledge within two working days and aim to resolve within 15 working days.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any consumer forum available to you under Indian law.
